Delivery
Please allow up to 15 working days from acceptance of your order to despatch. If you have not received your complete order, please allow a further 3 working days for it to arrive before contacting us.
All deliveries need to be signed for; please advise us if you have any special delivery requirements.
Special Requirements
If you would like us to customise your horse's head, or add a specific finish, we’d be only too happy to quote. If we request photographs of your horse from you, please send these by post. We are sure you will appreciate that in order to achieve the high hand-finished standards that we pride ourselves on our artists may need additional time. We aim to despatch any items, which have been customised or especially finished to your requirements, within 15 working days from receipt of your order.
Acknowledgement of your order
It is important to us that you obtain confirmation of your order. Therefore please give us details on how you would like to receive confirmation, either by e-mail, post or phone. If we have any problems with your order, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity. We appreciate that should it be a gift you may not want us to contact you at home.
Gifts
Please let us know if the ordered horse head is a gift, and if you would like us to send it directly to you or to another address. We ensure that no indication of the exact contents appears on our packaging. At an extra cost we can beautifully gift-wrap your horse head, so it can make for a very special surprise.
Returns
We take utmost care to ensure that your goods are well packaged to withstand the postal system, and we try to use wherever possible eco friendly packaging. If you do receive a damaged item, please contact our workshop within 5 days of receipt for return (if appropriate) in its original packaging. We will be happy to help.
